Mini buses and accessible vans for hire
We provide safe and reliable mini buses, vans and cars – with wheelchair-accessible options – for community groups, schools, private individuals and organisations.
Use our vehicles for local outings or trips further afield. Customers hire our vehicles for community group events and social outings, weddings, school or college excursions and more.

Affordable vehicle hire
Easylink Community Transport endeavours to provide accessible vehicle hire at competitive and reasonable rates.
Our buses have the capacity to take up to 20 passengers. Two of our buses are wheelchair accessible. To hire one of our buses the driver needs to have a “LR Class” licence. We also require the driver to complete a one off orientation at a small cost.
Easylink also has Toyota Hiace vans which are configured as either 9 passenger seats, 7 passenger seats and one wheelchair space or 5 passenger seats and two wheelchair spaces. All of our vans require only a “C Class” licence.
Half-day hire is available for four hours, morning or afternoon, Monday to Friday. Evenings and weekends are available at full day hire rate only.
