Customer Service Coordinator
Easylink provides a range of services to transport disadvantaged people on the Northern Beaches. The role involves dealing with frail aged and people with disabilities – a background in community services, while not essential, would be well regarded.
Focusing on scheduling and dispatch responsibilities we seek someone whose experience to date shows evidence of quick learner of technology and who is organised, adaptable and resilient.
Understanding and working knowledge of computer system, and knowledge of the Northern Beaches gained through living and working in the area would assist.

Support workers and drivers
Easylink provides door to door transport with a support worker/driver who may be required to stay with the customer at their appointment. Team members are rostered Monday to Friday between the hours of 7am to 6.30pm.
We are looking for candidates who are flexible in their ability to work and who share our commitment to “transport with care” for those who are transport disadvantaged.
A clean driving record with a minimum C Class licence is required. Knowledge of the Northern Beaches area desirable.
